SEED OIL

FREE

What does it mean to be seed oil free?

Most packaged foods and creamers contain a large number of artificial preservatives and fats. These ingredients are processed in refineries like the one to the right. These cheaper, factory-made alternatives help preserve the shelf life, however, can cause a litany of health issues, inflammation, and mitochondrial damage.

What are seed oils?

Also known as vegetable oils, plant oils, and omega-6 linoleic acid oils, these are technically fats. These artificial fats are polyunsaturated in nature (PUFA) and oxidize in the body (natural or animal derived fat do not oxidize).

These fats do not contain any fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, or K2. These PUFA fats are not used for fuel and are deposited in the body and seep into the mitochondria.
